because of that louis strauss who had been an admiral in the navy and was on the board of directors of loben company and became the first director of the atomic energy commission was out to get oppenheimer and he did in 1954 i believe his clearance was revoked and oppenheimer had more reason to be an unhappy man then though he stayed at the institute this is a picture taken during the war years of the philadelphia navy yard i don't think we have a pointer here but i can probably use my finger or something i'll give you the description and go over and point it out in the lower right right above the last dock you see there is an l-shaped building that was a building where we had our offices and the top floor was top secret that's where we did all of the work for the navy relative to the philadelphia experiment as well as some other highly classified projects in that office that's this building right in here it's it's a little unclear in that projection but it is there according to the public record tesla who dropped out of the project in 1942 died seven january 1943 and this is a photo copy of the original telegram which i had in my hands that's the only thing they have a tesla in the files it's in the institute by the way stating as of the ninth of january that he had died telegram was received on the 10th they're going to have a big funeral for him at st john's in new york i asked them i said you didn't have anything else tesla in the file says no i said we only keep files and records of individuals who permanently on staff paid by the institute he says we have had many people here as consultants who go through the institute and leave and we do not keep records of them because they're not employed by the institute in between test one and test two if you note the date down there albert einstein in his study conferring with navy brass very high level not identified have not yet been able to find out who they were i suspect that one of them was hal bowen senior who was the director of the office of naval engineering and this was between the two tests and i'm sure at that point the navy was quite upset and einstein was confident the problem would be solved which of course it was not it's a picture of t towns and brown as he appeared many years ago don't have a date on it it came out of nightcap's files nightcap by the way is a defunct organization these days uh this is a picture of the famous eldridge can we get any better focus on that or is that the best of god okay it seems to be the best this was taken in september according to the archives and the data in the archives as shot in september position of the picture unknown they actually have quite a number of pictures of the eldrigen archive if you look carefully you will see there's four gun turrets number one number three and number four are covered because apparently was out at sea or nearly at sea and number two turret is not covered in my examination with a magnifier it would appear that number two turret was as i knew as a wooden dummy when they went out of the harbor actually if they went out of the shipyard at all there was a cover there so anyone looking at it would not detect the fact that there was something unusual about the eldridge it appeared that this might have been the wooden dummy cover but i can't say for fact that it was that was the famous eldridge as it appeared in september or whenever the picture was taken let me show you number four number three number two number one number two was destroyed that is a destroyer escorted it's not his tutorial right they run typically around 15 1600 tons this one this one was listed by the navy as 1540 tons laden 1200 tons empty dry the greeks agreed with the first figure of 1200 tons dry but they said it was 19 hundred and some tons fully laden there were their figures it raises a very interesting question of that discrepancy would it have to have something to do perhaps with the equipment that was on board the eldridge at the time and was removed after the equipment is removed and probably was around 1540 tons those generators were huge the gearbox was large they had a huge diesel electric generator system in the whole of the ship just to power that experiment plus the transmitters and all the other electronics now we come to a more interesting part of the story in nineteen fifty five a book was received and the officers of admiral firth of the office of naval research a paperback copy of a book written by morris k jessup entitled the case for the ufo and a plain back wrapper what was different about this book was the fact that it had marginal notes scribbled on virtually every page in the book in handwriting would appear to have been three different handwritings according to one of the people i know who was involved in the transcription of this book at a later date at viral incorporated in dala in the dallas texas area this book came into the office everybody started to read it and it purported to have knowledge of outer space which of course we had none of at that time because we didn't have a single rocket up yet capable of doing any main major exploration we had nothing capable yet of putting a satellite in orbit nor did the russians yet they described things in space like ice fields and other strange things and strange things that came out of the past and the first thing the commission was set up of course navy loves to do this and uh mr george hoover he was a captain i believe at that time was commissioned to head up this little investigative commission first thing they did was call in morris k jessup what do you know about this book looked i said or anything except i wrote it it says we're not referring to that how about all these notes in the margins i have no idea they called him in three times in the meantime he started receiving a series of letters from very mysterious character called carlos miguel allende the navy had some signatures in the book which claimed to be carl allen at one point carlos olenda was the usual signature a commission started to investigate they got nowheres but in the meantime morris k jessup became very interested in the whole thing most specifically the philadelphia experiment which to that point he knew nothing about and he started to gather his own information and by 1959 he had a lot of more letters as a whole file of them from melinda and he had quite a bit of background information for melinda who claimed to have been on an observer ship the ss freya seth a merchant marine chip which was in the harbor adjacent to the test and he said he observed what happened well i'll make a long story which you can drag on about this whole business of a linda uh short jessup one day in 1959 felt he had the answer to the whole riddle called up a friend of his a well-known doctor also in war in dade county florida and says i think i have the answer to this problem i'm going to pack it in a briefcase and come over i'll see you in about an hour and he was invited to dinner along with it maurice k jessup never arrived the next morning his dead body was found in his car in a park in dade county with of course the proverbial hose stuck into the exhaust and in the window he died of monoxide poisoning i took him to the hospital he was doa he was probably doa long before he got there and his file of notes and briefcase were missing this blew up into the public press extensively and whoever wished to silence him goes i'm convinced he was murdered he didn't die a natural death by any means there were too many indicators that he wanted to do something positive and was not despairing like some of the stories going around the thing blew up in the press and achieved exactly the reverse effect of what whoever wanted to silence and wanted achieved it gave him a high degree of publicity and the whole project a degree of publicity that was unwanted so that became the shall we say the martyrdom clause beginning jessa paid the price since that date nobody who has gone public on this project or virtually any other for that matter involving government secrecy and has a public hearing and a public following they leave them alone because to kill or do innovation under those circumstances quite obviously the public will say uh-huh he knew something they had to silence him if they leave him alone the public can say really hasn't been bothered maybe it's true maybe it's not well that is where that comes in george hoover by the way is still alive today in retirement and he verified for me on the phone that he was on that commission he knew all about the philadelphia experiment and that he had examined a number of medical records from that experiment which were generated as a result he said it was the first time in history that any humans had been knowingly exposed to very high powered magnetic and rf fuels and that they had firsthand the consequences thereof to examine medically he said they were by far the more interesting part of the experiment in terms of his view this picture is rather poor but as a result of all of this and eventual recovery of my memories i had been told previously had a visit to upper new york state this was in 85 and the first visit there to visit some other people that there was some interesting old character that i should visit so i was taken down to this house he wasn't there and some years later namely october and november of 89 i took a series of pictures this is the home of john van neumann and this is his backyard if you will it has four three or four warehouses in there still loaded with equipment old cars that have been abandoned he lives in a trailer seems he had a fire in the house an electrical fire in 1985 and had to leave the house he said it wasn't destroyed but is no longer livable and he moved into a trailer which is still on the property so far as i know it was there at least in november of last year and poking around there that day because i went made two trips first trip he wasn't home the second trip i waited around until he came home i found some interesting equipment this was a piece of frequency measurement equipment with a label on it office of naval engineering and a date which shows to me that it might have been back in the year of the eldritch and of course coming up to it as now i'm quite sensitive anyone who's been on that ship that is alive and has any slightest sensitivity can immediately spot equipment that's been on it the vibes are still there and they're terrible and this piece of equipment i can state flatly was on the eldridge there's a closer view of the piece of equipment and its calibration the label is on the left you may not be able to read it but it is readable and a magnifying glass and a small viewer now we come to something else that's very interesting i don't know if any of you pick up anything off of this picture i do that was the main pulse modulator for the entire system with its cover on and broken several of those was a very interesting story how we came by it and only turned up in the latter part of 89 and that same time period when i was visiting new york long island last year which was october november turned up in the basement of somebody's house this man had been an employee of rca corporation at rocky point long island rca closed that facility down sometime in the 70s and anyone who wanted any equipment that was there who had been an employee was welcome to haul it off a lot of tesla receivers went and i was part of the team helping load this out of the loft and see these receivers later set up in preston's lab and they still work they were built in 1931 but this piece of equipment was found later in the basement apparently the widow of the man the man died wanted all of this equipment removed from the house and she called later to the radio club that was in charge of this operation about a dozen people showed up to help handle the equipment says you didn't get it all what do you mean was more in the basement so preston came over found this another view of it covered and there's another interesting aspect to this when preston picked it up took it over to his lab and duncan walked in one night he took one look at this thing he says get that piece of whatever you want to call this you get that piece of equipment out of here i can't stand it i will not stay in the room with it so preston how to hide it but one day when we're having a ufo club meeting actually this was not a ufo club meeting it was a uspa long island chapter meeting which i talked at he hauled it out and brought it over this is what it looks like with the cover off it wasn't bolted down anymore it was a hard tube modulator typical construction for the 40s and the actual equipment label was removed all that was left was the one label you see which says danger high voltage for that piece of equipment still had some very heavy vibes on it anyone who's been on that ship has lived through it i'm sure can identify it as i say there was a discrepancy historically in terms of van neumann those who researched it casually said oh he died in 57 he couldn't possibly have been in the phoenix project i will not name one well-known writer who i interviewed with in atlanta a month ago wrote me a letter back and said van nuyman died in 1957. therefore the thesis of your story does not hold together thank you she didn't do her research very well this is a book list available off of any computer of the books written by john van noyman now if any of you know anything about use of computers pcs in your home you can access a library master computer list books that have been written you can access by any author and find out anything that he has written this was a list that was generated and i have a hard copy of it up here if you'd like to examine it later the first five were all in the time period before 1957 typical mathematical books everything he wrote was mathematical except the one on game theory which still was basically mathematical then the party who did the search for me says we only got five on the list he must have written more than that went back to the computer and asked for another search so then the computer came up with 10 more and this is the second half of the list and if you can't read it on the screen i'll let you read it from hard copy later he was writing books up till 1976 and the last book was released in 1980 and i do not know whether that was written by him at that time or a compilation of earlier works all i can say is he must have been an awfully active ghost if he was dead i know he wasn't as i saw him in 83 and i've seen him since but this is some of the proof which shows up to show that john van noyman under his own name didn't exist and did live on there's a picture of my brother taken in 1986 and is working at his profession carpentry happened to be in the winter and a picture of him at a ufo conference in long island november 1989 on the extreme right 39 now he is in a new body and therefore he is not in the 70s but he does remember it now yes that's he was reborn this is one of the aspects of the problem when he went back to 1983 because he jumped overboard on the ship didn't stay there in 43 he wanted to go back for what reason i don't know perhaps he freaked out when he saw the destruction on board case he did go back and as a result of something he was doing he lost his time locks in 1983 and he aged at the rate of about a year an hour and in essence he died there but beings of the et's were involved with this and there was a complete combination of history and knowing what was necessary that he had to be kept alive it was arranged that the information get back to his father to remarry have another son was the last son born in 1951 and he was a walk-in as they say metaphysically on august 12 1963 and in hypnotic regression he has memory all the way back to 63 and then it jumps from there to 1943 onboard the eldridge under hypnosis and at that point in 43 he remembers me and all the other people were involved and that was how he learned that i was there and there was an experiment he learned it about a month and a half before i did i recalled my connection because of the philadelphia experiment movie which i saw in january or february of 88 i think it was january before i go into this book i do have them here if you want to examine them there were two prior books written covering the philadelphia experiment one was a fictionalized version entitled thin air published in 1978 and in 1979 and moore after a lot of research in conjunction with burlitz wrote a book entitled the philadelphia experiment project invisibility he found a lot out and he interviewed ben neumann or whomever went up there to interview van neuman did interview him at his home in new york upper new york state and i described a lot of data from that but van oyman never gave him the whole story he never could find the whole history of the whole story but he published what he found and it was a very interesting document there will be a third book published by myself and be out hopefully in september but for those who would like to do a little bit more exploration of what this business of time is all about there is a book written as i show you from the cover there how to explore higher dimensions of time and space be your own guru as you will or whatever you want to call it by tb paluki published 1989 it may not be in print anymore i'm not sure i've heard both stories yes it's in print it's available there are copies in the stores yet someone else who was going to order for a school found from what he determined that it was out of print so i don't know for sure if it is or not but poliky goes into a long discourse on the nature of the universe and tries to build the structure whereby you can understand what it's all about and gives you some interesting uh analogs this is one of them in the book one of the pages in which you start literally from a point that's a single dimension in our frame of reference it actually isn't even a dimension as such it's a point then you go to a line between two points that's dimension one then you can draw a triangle which between three points is the smallest structure and closing an area which is two dimensional you can then project it as shown on the page into a third dimension as a cube or whatever structure similar this is a triangular cube double ended that's three dimensional if you then want to go into fourth dimensionally attempts to explain the fourth dimensional projection on the page not too well vectors it's easier but nevertheless he attempts to give some idea to the layman as to what a fourth dimensional structure is about and how things fit together his book is worth reading it's not entirely accurate but it does give a lot of good background and some understanding of this whole thing he then goes into another aspect and this one is somewhat erroneous acceleration from point zero velocity what happens when you go to see the velocity of light according to einstein any object as such a three-dimensional object whether it be a sphere a square cube whatever if it is accelerated to the speed of light will cease to exist in one of our dimensions i.e it loses one of those dimensions it becomes a flat object due to uh acceleration that is not strictly true it will lose one of the dimensions in our three-dimensional universe as we know it it just rotates into another dimension the object does not cease to exist but in terms of energy he is showing the fact that energy forms as you accelerate them will tend to compress and go down to a spiral at 90 degrees rotation which is what was referred to as the first degree of our three-dimensional universe which will disappear with speed c you will have some compression of the energy velocity the next 90 degree rotation 180 is c squared not 2c you have more compression at 270 degrees at c cubed at 360 degrees you're back supposedly the starting point but you're not you're highly compressed in this if you start from any point like say right in front of you and we're to attempt to go in any direction let's say forward and what you think is a straight line long enough and far enough you'll quite literally hit yourself in the back the universe is curved it will go through a full circle time is about the same essence it also is curved because of the same universal structure but the torus of time is shown here shows something which is rather important and rather interesting a vector going through the center even though it's in a curve in a smaller segment will appear to be perfectly straight is essentially linear and that is our normal time flow as we know it now if you carry it out to an edge at any one point you will have you might say the edge limits of our reality as we know it if you are capable of rotating around the edge without making any motion forward as in time by the central vector you will be in an alternate reality this is perhaps or to an explain but it is a mathematical fact and you can continue to project in that alternate reality flowing at the normal rate totally separated from this one believe it or not the government found a way to do this with hardware and you can be transferred into an alternate reality and continue to flow in time as if you're here and then switch back there's hardware for it i've never seen it but i know it exists but this was part of the thing which they had to work with part of the understanding the time actually flows not only forward but as they show in a spiral rotating that in essence is the spinner if you shift along that edge far enough your ship becomes invisible and it will become radar invisible because it's electromagnetic energy of one order much lower order than light before light will pass through and it will become a invisible because there is no reflection he also has some other means for trying to explain the nature of reality in our universe and he i believe becomes a little bit confused in his own explanations or perhaps i didn't read the book thoroughly enough but in terms of the illustrations the top one is useful it shows an alternate universe impinging upon ours at the point in the center of the observer he however says that it has no dimensionality and that it doesn't really exist not true there is an alternate universe it's very real it runs parallel to ours in exactly the same timeline and it is the anti-matter universe if you were able to transfer from here to there safely you cannot physically but let us say you were able to and observe there you would see a civilization identical to ours you would see buildings in a city like ours you would see some discrepancies might not be all the same people might not be everything exactly the same but the thing is it is a physical universe parallel to ours and virtually identical but with one major distinction and a very important distinction all of the matter charges are reversed electrons become positrons the protons in the core of an atom become negatrons if you want to use that term the neutral particles like neutrons and neutrinos do not change but all of the basic charges reverse the two universes must be kept separated and they are if matter from one were ever to go into the other and make full contact without an isolation of a another dimension the explosion from that would be utterly horrendous from the annihilation of matter with anti-matter no matter which way it occurred the lower picture is another way of attempting to explain my universe in the terms of a torus or a huge external field around the center he gives one more explanation which metaphysically is useful factor gives many more than i've shown but the one up top is the so-called if i have the term correctly eye of horus in which like an onion you peel off the layers of reality and if you know how to do it you can see all realities going down to the center and if they are nested which is a very peculiar and interesting way to express alternate realities he also shows him as a mobius type twist and his explanation of what he means by that is in the text if you're interested in pursuing it i highly recommend the book if you're technically inclined if you're not technically inclined i'm sure you wouldn't get anything out of it but that of course is a choice of yours if you wish to follow it that's the end of the slides [Applause] i think at this time we can i can pretty well wind up the principal part of the lecture but i will again show you that [Applause] there is a book coming out my own actually done jointly in authorship with brad steiger brad goes very heavily into the background of the carlos miguel linda papers because he did a book on this once before he resurrected the material and updated it and i did the additions to what happened with the philadelphia experiment certain other matters and i go into it to show that the whole thing was a conspiracy the philadelphia experiment and other ufo conspiracies brad steiger with offer billikens and sherry hansen stagger that's his not going to have wife name on it oh yeah it is on there brad steiger with alfred bielik my name's on there the publisher is interlight publications from brunswick new jersey uh timothy green beckley is doing the publishing it will be available in all metaphysical bookstores because he has direct distribution through them now with his magazine in her light and probably will be available elsewhere hopefully the beginning of september but they would not commit themselves to an absolute date uh there isn't too much else i can add here i guess at this point i would like to do is throw this open to questions that you may have and i see there's going to be a few lady right up here in the rich striped shirt do you have a list of the 15 men who were aboard the eldridge no never been able to date to acquire a list of those who participated in fact a friend of mine who had access to the navy records because of another project a highly classified one he was working on and he said to me he says i milked it for all it was worth and i demanded to see the navy files on the philadelphia experiment and i said why he says because i need to compare the technology developed in those days with what i'm working on here and i said well that's a valid reason you can have them so there were two actually there were three reports written which are in the navy files highly classified on the philadelphia experiment they gave them the first two which outlined completely essentially the history i gave you the dates one date i believe they erroneously put down or deliberately put down an error and that was the 12th of august they showed us the 14th of august in their records they were complete with the story of tesla the battleship is scuttling the test they would not show in those two tests or the two files the names of the participants insofar as the navy personnel were concerned he asked for the third file and says you don't have a need to know that probably contained it yes why would the navy go to all the trouble and expense to regress you and place you in a new family rather than either a killing the outright or b haven't you just disappeared mrs darius layer this goes into something which is very obstruct but comes down basically to the fact that if you knew what was in the levinson equations in the levinson time matrix which i do understand and was explained to me again by somebody who had access to it the experiments the two locking together 43 and 83 have the two final points if i can show it on the board it might be better [Applause] what year were you regressed as a baby i'll go into that later we have the year 1943 12 august is where the philadelphia experiment started that was one of the terminal points for the hyperspace connection through the earth's resonance or the actually the worst earth's biofuel rhythms which are 12 august 43. there's another resonant point at 12 august 1963 but there's no experiment there but nevertheless that's a key date in terms of the levinson equations 1983 was the terminus where the phoenix project was the ship went into hyperspace but who knows where it was it did not go to 83 it was out of time it was out of space when we jumped we went to 83 and then we would return to 43. this created a time loop and then later on when duncan went back to 63 he was at the midpoint now according to the levinson equations when this thing was closed down and i might add the real purpose for opening this thing up with that huge 40-year wide rift and hyperspace it was all arranged by alien intervention for the sole purpose of allowing a hole in hyperspace where they get a massive invasion through to earth from another dimension which was accomplished that's how the grays arrived at the greys et's which the president of the united states dwight eisenhower signed an agreement with in 1954 there was a large number of them came through and they had this nice big wide hole to come through the thing is closed down as of 83 but there is a rift there and the thing is not stable and very bluntly it takes people my brother and myself to hold a damn thing stable otherwise if either one of us were killed it would open up again that's why they can't touch us that won't cannot yes we are the stabilizing factors until they develop hardware which will stabilize that whole thing they have no choice i've never said this in public before but that is the fact yes new anybody's guess the thing will be stable of itself in the year 2003. after that point it doesn't matter now you had a question in the back uh the lady did you have him or okay i don't know whether you want to answer personal questions but i can't imagine like what happened to your wife unknown speaking psychically and metaphysically i have reason to believe she was killed in a car crash in 1958 she never gave up looking to find an answer the navy would never give her an answer as to what happened to me and she kept searching that is possible and this is to pierce the speculation and guesswork if you will she may have found some kind of a reasonable lead and because she had found some kind of a lead on it they may have done her end the sun is still alive to my knowledge but i don't know where and i'm quite sure he's made a few searches on his own but if he's searching he's searching for red cameron and he doesn't know unless he happens to see a tape of this thing that he really needs to look for albilic i've tried to find him but i've had no success there were too many camerons it's a common name and there is at least 20 in the albuquerque and adjacent phone books for new mexico there's at least 20 to 25 in the phoenix phone book there's a page or more of them in new york and any major city you will find cameras so you just don't call up and go down a list of names unless you got a fortune to spend and that doesn't guarantee you'll find them because you may not have a phone still they're all gone the legal parents as well as the real ones the so far as i know uh the mother on the original mother i don't know she was originally from europe she went back to europe suffice i know people in europe have a tendency sometimes to live well past a hundred so i can't answer yes or no but i believe they're all gone and maybe she may be the exception a lady here i was wondering from that experience it definitely shattered the nature nature of reality in our minds what's your question was your question what did what effect did okay the question is what effect did it have on anyone who went through that experiment in terms of the understanding of reality particularly mine or my brothers or expectations and so forth it was enormously shattering in the sense that the world as we knew it up to 12 august 1943 was essentially gone we had a glimpse of the future i had a glimpse of the future in terms of my survival sort of my brother but he didn't have any remaining memory of it until he was regressed in very recent two years but a change to our feelings our temperament our understanding and what is more important due to the general experience it opened up not only an interest in metaphysics and spiritual matters but apparently forced the development of it for both of us so basically that's what it did question over there i'm sorry what contact with the et's are they still ongoing oh yeah the et's and their interference in the government is still very much ongoing both types those who interfere for their own purposes often malevolent and those who wish to help but the ones who wish to help unfortunately are bound by the galactic law which says you don't interfere unless either one of two conditions prevail one they ask you for help or two they are interfering outside the sphere of their own planetary limits with civilizations or life outside which says you could draw a guess on this but i would say if you go beyond the moon's orbit a million miles beyond the earth's surface and you can disturb anything out there you're interfering with outside question in the back there gentlemen um august 1916 edward a cameron went through school became part of the navy experiment went from 1943 to 83 back to 43 and that so far as that loop is concerned it is essentially as if it never happened in terms of the chronology of my life as edward cameron looking at it on a linear basis i continue to live until 1947 as part of the navy project of a different nature the one at los alamos they pulled me out of it sent me back to 83 gave me the complete works and sent me back to sometime in late 27 i believe i don't own a date but sometime in 27 because the birth certificate says al bilik was born 31 march 1927. so it could have been any time in late 27 and totally without memory of the past i became alveolic and started out what i believed to be an original life at an early age i became interested in them matters metaphysical and spiritual about the age of six or seven and it continued to grow from that point on little did i know no prior experiences until i had some strange fleeting glimpses and of course later on in 85 86 i began to find out what had really happened i might add that those two experiments are not the only things they particularly i have information from a retired cia officer who was part of one of the cia investigative teams out of baltimore maryland that there's a team of two from that office who were assigned to duncan cameron from the time he was 12 in 1953-63 until the project was over in 83 and another team of two out of the same office was assigned to me from 1953 until 1983. that's where some of your taxpayers money goes or some of mine went sort of flattering why would there's a concern about me for 30 years i do not know the rest of that story i do know about the two end projects there's been nothing since that i've had any part with i know one or two others in between it's not part of this lecture and i don't have much data on them i have no idea how many times i may have been used by the government yes a lady in the green shirt i think asked george greene yesterday if the astronauts really went to the moon i'm quite absolutely certain they did walk on the moon not only the tv shots that came back but the uh camera burn out and one of them from the sun they haven't aimed towards the sun and burned out the tv camera because that particular one was very sensitive to excess sunlight it was a color camera and an early version plus all the other stories about the ufos as such waiting on the rim of the landing point in 1969 for apollo 11 where there others are waiting for them and the meridian conversations monitored from europe by certain radio amateurs were heard more or less as follows they radioed back that is the team of the two on the moon and went to nasa houston say nasa houston we've got company up here what do you mean it says we see some other ships over here on the rim this was on supposedly secure communication says yes we know about them oh you do are they russian no are they eg's or some kind of space visitors no who are they they're americans when they got back and subsequent astronauts they were furious they said we object to being used for pr we don't need this kind of rocket and a few of them spoke out in this when drunk because they are bound lifetime with top secret security agreements that they will never talk for the rest of their lives and few have uh so much for that another question in the back as part of the levinson matrix and the earth's resonant points due to the biorhythms the resonant points occur every 20 years on august 12th 1943 where the experiment occurred 63 in between 83 where the phoenix project was on there's another aspect of that i didn't explain but and then 2003 is a next 20 year peak point that one will provide a natural damping to what happened in terms of the hyperspace ripple after that point there's no need to be concerned about trying to damp it but this takes some additional years from here like about 13 yet to go a little less not quite but very nearly 13. at that point it stabilizes to be a good boy and he says yeah he waited until 1988 to talk and the reason why he waited to land and found a way he could do it was that in the meantime personal computers came on the scene so he for the whole operation the bilderbergers the trilateral commission the cfr and whoever else is a part of this operation which i think would probably come down to the skull and bone society which george bush is a senior member and you then have certain other little peripheral organizations running around in the middle now mj 12 was set up as a super organization to coordinate all of the et operations and the data and what were we going to do about this thing and they were to report directly to the president of the united states and that is a long since expanded into an operation which becomes part of the world government and beyond that i can't really tell you what's going on because i don't really know well it's obvious the bad guys yes basically you know here's a question there who who out of that conglomeration put alternative three together who was controlling alternative three and is it still going alternative three was a joint world government program which started huntsville alabama in 1957 to examine what they then knew was going to be a problem in the future namely global heating the global warming effects due to the increasing levels of carbon dioxide and that you would have a greenhouse effect which will eventually they figured probably the middle of the next century would make the surface of this planet unlivable because it'd be so hot the idea was to look at alternatives to what we faced what can we do they had three alternatives they considered one was borrow underground build underground cities and move the civilization down underground away from the heat that was considered as untenable for large numbers of the population because of the food problems water problems and a bunch of other problems they had a third alternative which i think was to cover the cities with some kind of a shield and let them continue to live that way and that was considered as basically untenable alternative three was to colonize if they found them inhabitable on nearest sister planets namely venus or mars the venus is known to be too hot there's a lot of exploration's been done there it's extremely hot surface temperature about 800 degrees fahrenheit mars was found with explorations which began in 1962 and with an unmanned landing in 1963 six years before our landing on the moon to be quite tenable there was atmosphere there water there in the equatorial regions and already there was some form of low order life animals scurrying through the turf right under the lander it shows on the tv film which was sent back to earth alternative three really was the chosen alternative of all of those deliberations to colonize mars with moon bases and the best brains would be used to run the show they would take fact breaking or labor it would have to be done they would take those that we consider good laborers good workers brainwash them ship them first to the moon give another brain washing then ship them to mars and work them to death literally they were not returned the people with the brains and intelligence would be allowed to return periodically that was basically alternative three the british did a movie on this actually tv production in 1977 not in not bbc but an independent and they came down so hard on them they said you will either do a recap tomorrow after this show or you will lose your transmission license immediately so they did the recant strangely enough about six months later at a station television station in san francisco a very good friend of mine was there as a chief engineer at the time i happened to mention this thing to him a few years ago mid later early 80s said you ever hear alternative three he said what are you talking about i told him he says oh that i said yeah i said there was a film done it says yes there was and we showed it on the station in san francisco the original one as they had it and i said what happened said same thing as in england the fcc came down and i said the next day you will recant or you lose your license immediately so they did the same thing they recanted and said the whole thing was a big joke but i personally know somebody who personally said to me who is or was cia i think it's past tense now but access to the files in england he personally went through them and found everything there and he says alternative three is an absolute reality the world government the secret world government this is by agreement between the united states britain and russia from about 1957 on the secret meetings once a month under the polar ice cap north pole and submarines underwater under the ice where they feel they have sufficient secrecy they can discuss what they need to discuss without there any possibility existing of their conversations being tapped but tie that alliance to illuminati or builder burgers or trilates or whatever they're all in on it in some manner and some man of the ring on it but i do not know exactly how i mean i'm not privy to all of this i only pick up what information i can somewhat from the outside in fact entirely from the outside by whatever leaks and people have done investigative reports uh was there a won't dump it out so they're always coming back and they go and they got a dd brief oh yes they have to be debriefed that's true but what got me is when gordon cooper was on the moon and i was listening and the first thing he said oh look at them and boom right there they shut it off yeah oh yes when anything like that happens they immediately transfer from open communications which anybody can tap to a special secure channel which only nasa houston can pick up whether it's through jodel bank or whomever it's specially coded transmission which is not decodable by the average person no matter what kind of equipment they have that's true they have special transmission channels where they usually switch to them sometimes they don't but most of the time they do and insofar as the atom bomb thing is concerned i never heard that but i do know that apollo 13 and the folders i have seen which were eventually released of the damage to the craft showed a huge hole in the side of aluminum and cut out almost 30 feet long and they destroyed two out of three fuel cells and the third failed after that and that was of course the antenna was destroyed and immediately were off the air houston went frantic half an hour later the vehicle apollo 13 came back on and said houston we have a problem and the rest is more or less history and they had to use cables run up to the lunar lander and use that power pack to keep them going until they made a circumnavigation of the moon which they could no longer abort go around the moon and come back yeah i know her right another question uh lady here zeta reticulums it was not like the others who resembled anything from a preying mattis to previous gray and he had been held in there in a faraday cage as they found out later because the government now holds them in faraday cages but he got loose and was wandering around he was unhurt so they picked him up and tried to be friendly with him and he was friendly and talkative and they didn't know what to do with them but they took him in as a government hostage more or less you might say a guest to the government tried to figure out what to do with them well how does he eat the doctor's examiner they couldn't figure out how he ate he was continuing to get weaker and weaker and uh finally in desperation somebody made some suggestions i want you to call a botanist so they called an a botanist the botanist found the answer he had chlorophyll in his veins he put him out in the sunshine he was fine so this one lived for about two and a half years gave him a lot of information but as a result of this they realized they had a problem and they didn't know what else to do and they knew they didn't know all the answers they put out a call through our space communications network which is perhaps the best thing you can call it the entire bank of radio telescopes we have in new mexico there's about 120 of them over a huge huge acreage sent out a cold outer space call for help we have an e.t here we don't know what to do with the help arrived a little bit later the guy died in the meantime but this was the first contact with the greys apparently though i'm not sure that's true but it's the first time they arrived certain ones were kept hostage we sent certain humans there as an exchange and later came back a large group and made the deal with president eisenhower the call was put out for them to come here therefore they came if a call went up and put out they would not have a legal basis for coming we called out the call help they came and then they came in larger numbers after the agreement that's why they came basically question in the back [Music] if the people from orion want to take over what's preventing them from doing it now oh that's a very good question the question is if the people of orion are going to take over what's preventing them or stopping them from doing it now it's a very complicated question in the sense of what other inner relationships take place who's fighting them who's trying to prevent this and the fact that our government now has that is on a worldwide basis not strictly us alone now has a much higher order of technology than we had in say 1953 and even though there isn't subterfuge cooperation with the orions and there is a certain amount of cooperation behind the scenes there are other elements of our government so the old story the right hand not letting the left hand knowing what it's doing sometimes for good reason trying to stop all ets from moving in and taking over and they're trying to get rid of the graze and trying to keep the earth as a preserve for earth people that attempt and that idea i can well support as i think probably everybody else would they apparently are not in a position to take over because we have not been sufficiently softened up there has not been a sufficient reduction in population which is part of the whole program and who knows for what other reasons they haven't they have not made the attempt yet it may be mounted in the next 10 years i don't know it's anybody's guess at this point and i frankly doubt that the government knows question over here uh you said they put out an argument without a call for help they arrived in 53 and the agreement was made in 54. well why didn't the ones that wanted to help our government mean dividing the ets into two groups the ones that were supposedly the ash stars and the uh [Music] there's a lot of supposed helpers those who want to prevent this kind of a thing the pleiades apparently among excuse me among them but they cannot come in and interfere without hope being asked for that's the law they follow others don't always follow it the orions are on a war path because they have been for eons a time against another group and they want to use earth as i understand it they want to use earth as a staging base in their continuing war against another race which they have been fighting for perhaps hundreds of thousands of years the orion group is very old they are the reptilians and they are the reptilians which the bible mentions as the race which tempted adam of course the story is in analogy is not entirely true but you can speculate on what part is true and what isn't true but the reptilians were in the very early ages of earth and they may well have a path in the genetic beginnings of humanity that's speculative we don't really know there are a number of groups who claim they're responsible for the beginnings of humanity genetically as we know it today not neanderthal not cro-magnon but humanity as it is now starting with the black races and going through the white races there is a small community up near the four corners called dulce new mexico it is on the borders of an indian reservation there is a large indian reservation up there and all of the stories apocryphal and otherwise say there is a huge base at dulce underground perhaps three miles on the ground which is in uh seven levels was a huge experimental station biological for the aliens that there were one time eighteen thousand aliens there plus cia plus government people government scientists and starting in 1959 our government started to construct a huge railroad underground railroad system to span the entire continent even down into mexico mexico proper and there are a number of interconnecting links it's a huge rail system and those rail cars and the entire technology for it came from the aliens because it's apparently magnetic suspension and they run at mach 2 that's roughly 1450 miles per hour faster than any commercial jet and they can cross the continent in about two hours but that is all built by our government for the benefit of the aliens and they enter a relationship and the supposed technological exchange i don't see according to my information and i cannot confirm it was destroyed whether directly and deliberately or otherwise about november of last year around thanksgiving either by a nuke or by a meltdown of an atomic reactor and everybody in there died and what operations were there were moved elsewhere can't confirm that the only person i know who might be able to confirm it is not available who are the orions battling for eons so what galaxy or what the orion galaxy actually the orion constellation it's a very large group is more than the reptilians involved as many races involved were conformed to confederation much like the galactic confederation which we hear of in this galaxy which is consisting primarily of humans and humanoids which are formed a federation for their own protection and advancement theirs the orion is much much older and apparently much larger one more question and i think i'm sorry who's their enemy they been battling someone called the elves or the elders that's all the information i have and that's very very elusive and it is uh not definitive really lady there in the back most of it is not channeled it is some of its channel through other channels and a lot of it is in print in various locations there are a number of groups that were published over the years as a group in nevada uh nevada aerial research group has published a great deal of information there's been some private publications uh entitled the secret treaty there's one i do not know the author it goes into the whole agreement thing that and what led up to it in 1954. uh there's a group that wrote a book or an individual wrote a group entitled the matrix and also matrix two which is now in publication they were both available from artwork book arcturus book sales in i think west virginia i'm not sure where they're located the matrix was a low uh volume print and it's out of print matrix 2 is in print and that's i've only ordered about 500 i think that's all they're going to print 500 or a thousand gives a great deal more information you can refer to bill cooper's and his published works some of john lear's earlier works though cooper and lee don't get along very well together these days and we'll go into it as to why uh some additional information which ties into the picture uh an alien harvest which basically goes into the cattle mutilations and there is a a number of other books and a number of authors who have lectured on a regular basis uh bill hamilton out of glendale california has lectured extensively in the west i don't know if he's going east at all on the aliens on the underground situation the fact that there are six different groups of grey's not one according to him cooper is said much the same there's a lot of information available in the public press the public literature if you know where to look mostly through metaphysical bookstores and through private publication a great deal of it is private publication privately circulated and you will only get it from operations like tourist books i do not know if liberty bell books goes into the et thing they're mostly into politics a number of other private groups nevada area research group uh how long there is a fairly long list i don't have them all but the information is available you'll have to read it and make your own decisions because it does not all agree 100 there's considerable amount of diversion of opinion division of opinion and outright disagreement but we're now running five o'clock i think unless some more of you wish to have more questions i think we probably close it off here you have a question yeah i wondered how how the astronauts feel about going back up in ships that can explode when they know this other technology that the technology is available are do the ones going up not know like i'm back well if they didn't know before they went up i'm sure they'd do after of course the apollo program has ended but now we're into the year of the shuttles which go up to about 250 miles 300 miles altitude they've had some of their problems with tracking i'm not sure how they feel but the little leakages occurred by those who talked indicated they're not very pleased about it but they can't talk they're in jeopardy striking or something down there you don't strike against nasa nasa has the upper hand let me put it this way there is a regulation on the books and it's available i have a copy which was effectively made public law on 16 july 1969 in which nasa states that anyone who has contact on paraphrasing not exact word for word all of the chapter titles heads and verses are there anyone who has contact with a person or a vehicle from outer space is immediately quarantined at the direction of the administrator of nasa and whoever he may deputize and they will be kept in quarantine until such time as the director says it's safe for them to be released now that's part one hell the astronauts across when they come back go into quarantine immediately but of course they're out within about 48 hours initial trips they were very concerned what diseases would they bring back from the moon and so forth they didn't bring any back but the rest of this is even more interesting it says clearly that anyone who has contact with an extraterrestrial vehicle or object an implies person can be and is immediately quarantinable and will be quarantined by an asset director or deputy director and will be held for as long as they consider proper without recourse without legal jurisdiction without trial without the legal system having any reference or reflection whatsoever upon the nasa rules i.e they cannot go to court and say i want a trial i want out they have no rights nasa determines 100 what will happen if they request legal representation they may be given it but that doesn't mean they'll get out it depends on the circumstances but nasa has the upper hand and they can literally lock somebody up for the rest of their life if they want to and nobody can have any jurisdiction whatever over this i'm sorry i didn't quite hear you are there like are they the police force uh you're adjunct of the government some secret arm and during the late 50s and all through the 60s there was a great deal of ufo activity a great deal of investigators and people taking pictures john key was heavily involved in this during the 60s he saw some of them and they would usually drive in the black cadillac which was a fact it was photographed and the picture was published by gray barker in west virginia before his demise but ostensibly nobody knew really who they were and they were doing a job of monitoring and picking up any references to ufos everybody thought they were an arm of the government evidence i have now indicates that they're not there themselves extraterrestrial and for whatever reason they are keeping control over the dissemination of information and photographs of
